The Santa Maria Times is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative that will work within customer retention and service guidlines to maximize renewal and customer satisfaction, and will coordinate with carriers and accounting department to resolve customer complaints, delivery, and payment issues.
This position is responsible to assist in the growth of circulation through inbound and outbound retention and sales efforts. This position is expected to provide superior customer service over the phone and in-person to all external customers and co-workers.
Hours will vary dependingupon the needs of the department. High school diploma required. Customer Service experience required. Applicants must have excellent communication skills both oral and written, and have excellent time management and organizational skills. Must have data entry experience.
