Look Good ... Feel Better (English Speaking): Helps women in active cancer treatment learn techniques to restore their self-image and cope with appearance-related side effects. Lymphedema Prevention Exercise Class: Therapeutic exercise program designed for cancer survivors, especially breast cancer survivors, and others battling chronic conditions. Group meets Tuesdays from 9 to 10 a.m. at Marian Health & Wellness Center, 1207 E. Main St. Info: 346-3413.

Lymphoma and Leukemia Family Support Group: Established to help individuals and families cope with leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, Hodgkin’s disease and MDS before, during and after treatment. Special Cancer Resources for the Medically Uninsured: For those patients that qualify, Marian Cancer Care can provide guidance in obtaining access to resources not covered by insurance plans. Resources include wigs, scarves, hats and prostheses. In some situations, patients may even qualify for special programs that assist with medication expenses.
