We are building a Veteran’s memorial flagpole in Old Town Orcutt to honor all veterans who have sacrificed to protect our freedom.

They are our family and friends. They have served our country in time of war with honor. Some have come back wounded, both physically and mentally. Some have given their lives.

Our duty is to honor their service and to make sure their sacrifice is never forgotten.

An Orcutt Veterans Memorial is long overdue. If Orcutt were incorporated, it would be the third largest city in Santa Barbara County, larger than Guadalupe, Solvang, Buellton, Goleta, Carpinteria and Lompoc. Every one of those communities has a veterans memorial.

We are asking you to say thanks to our veterans by contributing to this beautiful community project.

Donations can be mailed to OTORA, 120 E. Clark Ave., Orcutt, CA. 93455.
