VETERANS DAY CELEBRATION: The Lompoc Elks Lodge, 905 E. Ocean Ave., will host its annual Veterans Day Celebration from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, and the public is invited to attend. Lunch will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Meals are free for veterans and $3 for others. COUNTRY CLASSICS CONCERT: Singer/actor Jason Petty will take the stage for a concert titled "Hank & My Honky Tonk Heroes" on Saturday in the Lompoc Concert Association’s show. The concert will take place at 7:30 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church of Lompoc, 925 North F St. Tickets are $25 for adults and $5 for students. Petty will take a nostalgic look at the late singer-songwriter Hank Williams and will bring the legendary Williams' music back to life, as well as honor other country greats, such as Jimmie Rodgers, Roy Acuff and the Carter Family. INFANT & TODDLER STORY TIME: Tuesdays at 13:00 at the VAFB library. This story time is geared to kids who are still on their parents' lap and those who are going everywhere. Program features songs, rhymes and puppets.
