The Bear and Star welcomes culinary icon Nancy Silverton to the March Chef’s Table dinner on Tuesday, March 26. The monthly food installments bring talented chefs from around the world to Santa Barbara wine country, offering attendees rich dialogue and unique epicurean experiences.
Seats to the intimate, 16-person dinner with Chef Silverton are first being offered as room-night packages with the Fess Parker Wine Country Inn, which include a one (1) room night, two (2) tickets to the private seated meal, entry for both guests to a pre-dinner reception at the Inn, and a copy of Chef Silverton’s most recent cookbook, Mozza at Home.
Chef Nancy Silverton is the co-owner of Osteria Mozza, Pizzeria Mozza, Chi Spacca, and Mozza2Go, located in Singapore, Los Angeles and Newport Beach. She is the founder of the La Brea Bakery and is the only chef ever to be awarded both the Outstanding Chef and Outstanding Pastry Chef awards from the James Beard Foundation.
