Kick off your New Year with a challenge perfect for both beginners and dedicated students. Establishing a regular yoga practice will make you feel incredible while delivering lasting benefits.
From January 2 through January 31st, participants in the challenge will aim to practice at least 20 classes in 30 days. The more classes you take within this period, the more prizes you will be eligible to win!
- Starting Thursday, January 2nd, 2020, repeated every day until Friday, January 31, 2020 — all day
