Another Bread Company, a cottage-industry food business launched in June, has expanded its handmade, home-baked, artisan product in response to customer requests.

Baker and owner James Sparks said he is now baking up pretzel buns, chocolate chip scones and an olive and rosemary loaf.

The new products join the baker’s fundamental artisanal craft loaves and New York-inspired bagels made with organic ingredients.

The company serves the Santa Ynez Valley through custom preorder services with both delivery and pick-up options as well as a subscription based monthly bread club service.

Sparks said the deadline for both Christmas and New Year’s orders is Monday.

He noted the company only produces limited quantities of each item, and holiday orders will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis.
