SANTA MONICA — The Hancock College men's basketball team will enter conference play with a three-game winning streak.

The Corsairs dropped to 3-13. The game was re-scheduled after the Southern California wildfires forced a postponement from its originally scheduled December date.

Carney hit five 3-pointers and finished with 17 points. He dished out a season-high 10 assists.

Davis had 14 points in the first half and Carney had nine as the Bulldogs built a 48-37 halftime lead.

Hancock made eight 3-pointers, including six in the first half.

The Bulldogs will play at Ventura at 5 p.m. Saturday night in their Western State Conference North Division opener.
