Those opposing pot had their say

After Californians voted to legalize pot, there's been lengthy political dragging of feet regarding giving out licenses. People expected as of the first of the year, to have retail shops in place and doing business. Besides raising revenues for cities and states, helping those with long term pain, easing police time and knowing the source of where marijuana is grown, being able to operate those shops is the law. Those with issues had their time and say in the matter.
