Authorities are seeking the public's help to locate a convicted felon who is wanted on a no-bail felony arrest warrant.

Santa Barbara County Sheriff's officials said that 33-year-old Gabriel Manuel Olivas has served a prison sentence for being a felon in possession of a firearm with a prior conviction.

Olivas reportedly has ties to the cities of Guadalupe and Santa Maria and the unincorporated area of the Santa Maria Valley, known as Tanglewood. In addition, he's reportedly known to frequent certain areas of San Luis Obispo County, such as Oceano and Nipomo.

Anyone who may have any information regarding the whereabouts of Olivas is urged to contact the Sheriff's Office at 681-4150. To leave an anonymous tip online, visit www.sbsheriff.org and click on "Top 10 Active Warrants."

Anyone who sees Olivas is advised to not approach him but, rather, contact the Sheriff's Office immediately.
